I believe lots of things about marketing. Here are two:
You should aim to use techniques that are measurable, cost-effective, time effective, and produce results.

Just got back from an interesting presentation given by McCann Erickson people at an IoD sponsored event. It was about how to use social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and lots more) in proactive and reactive communication. There were some good ideas that I’ll follow up.

When I look at some of the online networking tools, I’m amazed by the number of ‘friends’ that people say they have. I think they’re undermining the tools, and making them less reliable.
