A comprehensive audit of the marketing carried out by the companies in the Anisa Group, including OBS Logistics, In2grate Business Solutions and Open Business Solutions. Executives within the business and selected customers were interviewed, and marketing materials and processes analysed.
The findings presented to the Board showed where the greatest returns on investment would occur from the recommended improvements.
