		<description>Don&#039;t know about you Penny, but I feel really inspired, uplifted, energised and ready to take on anything when I&#039;m with like minded people and especially when we&#039;re learning together, but it doesn&#039;t seem to take long before I slip back into &quot;old ways&quot; when I&#039;m not in that inspirational environment.</description>
